DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer delivery within the City of Toronto and some parts of the GTA depending on the distance from our production site located in East York.
LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS OVER $100
0- 4 km $ 9.00 $ 5.00
4- 15 km $ 15.00 $ 8.00
15- 30 km $ 20.00 $ 13.00
Deliveries outside our standard delivery areas may be possible for an additional fee, please contact us:
Delivery windows available are: between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm or 1 pm-5 pm but an exact delivery time is not guaranteed, except for catering services.
Our drivers will not leave perishable items unattended, so please make arrangements to have your order collected directly from the driver. If the driver cannot contact you and complete the delivery, the order will be returned to our location at the expense of the customer. Orders that cannot be delivered will not be refunded. If the customer requests that the delivery driver leave the order at the door unattended, Violeta Patisserie & Catering is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur once the order has been dropped off.
If the address provided by the customer on an order is incorrect and requires rerouting, the customer will be subject to additional delivery fees.
If there is an issue with your order you must contact us at info@violetapatisserie.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order.
